  Had to wait an hour but that's to be expected when you come in at 4pm. Technician doing my vital signs said they weren't always that busy. Once I got called back I was done within 30 minutes and paperwork was filed with my company the next morning. Last time I visited I was there less than an hour and the paperwork was filed the same day but I came in the morning. No complaints, staff was very pleasant. All staff were attentive and helpful and kept you updated on your wait progress. Free coffee in waiting room, clean restrooms. Phone chargers provided for others that were waiting.
